1. By purchasing or accepting a ticket to All Together Now, you are accepting the following terms & conditions.
2. Right of admission reserved.
3. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. You risk ejection from the event without a refund.
4. By attending All Together Now, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by All Together Now and Pod Festivals LTD.
5. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.
6. You are permitted to bring your own alcohol to the festival. Each person on a weekend camping ticket is allowed to bring 24 cans OR 1 litre of Spirits OR 1.5 litre of Wine for personal consumption subject to initial entry only. These can be brought into the campsite and main arena. No glass bottles are allowed. Please decant your alcohol into non-glass bottles/containers. We recommend using reusable bottles.
Alcohol can be brought onto site at time of first entry only. There is no re-entry with alcohol once wrist banded. Please drink responsibly.
7. You may be searched upon entry to the festival. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested. Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Garda as a result.
8. The following items are not permitted at All Together Now.
• Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares and high power torches are not allowed.
• Alcohol (over and above your personal allowance)
• Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed.
• Glass (except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave)
• Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed.
• Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon is not allowed.
• Gas Cylinders are not permitted anywhere in the campsite including campervans.
• Petrol Generators or Liquefied Petroleum Gas is not allowed.
• BBQ's are not allowed.
• Gazebos are not allowed.
• Flag Poles are not allowed.
• Garden Furniture in any form is not allowed.
• Laser Pens are not allowed.
• Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)
• Selfie Sticks are not allowed.
• Drones are not allowed.
• Umbrellas are not allowed.
• Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.
• Megaphones are not allowed.
• High Vis Clothing is not allowed.
9. No trading allowed onsite without the Promoters prior consent.
10. No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed on site.
11. Your safety is of utmost important to us. On rare occasions we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests.
12. All Together Now & POD Festivals LTD accept no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside of our control. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.
13. No animals/pets are allowed onsite. If you require a guide dog please e-mail us at Hello@alltogethernow.ie
14. Strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the festival.
15. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing
16. If you are driving, you must use the assigned car parks. Roadside parking is not permitted. Tow trucks will be utilised to remove any roadside parked vehicles. Car parks will be signposted. We accept no responsibility to any damage caused to your car.
17. You are not permitted to sleep in your car/vehicle. If you wish to sleep in your campervan, you must purchase a campervan ticket.
18. Shower times and locations may change during the festival.
19. Fires are not permitted anywhere onsite. Those involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto the fire will be removed from site and not refunded.
20. Please be aware that the event is outdoors. We have no control over the weather, so you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to the festival.
21. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. The Promoters are not liable for the payment of any compensation or loss of money and/or expenses incurred.

1. All Together Now is an over 21’s event.
2. Driving Licence / Passport / Gardai Card are all acceptable forms of identification
3. Anyone who appears U21yrs may be asked for ID to enter the festival
4. Anyone who appears U21yrs may be asked for ID if purchasing alcohol
5. Children 12 and under are permitted to the festival, provided they are with their legal parent/guardian.
6. Children between the ages of 13 – 20 are not permitted onsite.
7. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

1. Tickets may only be purchased from us via the Official Ticketing Agent or through any other sale or transfer mechanism authorised in writing by us. Tickets purchased or obtained from any other source shall be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or compensation.
2. There are no refunds other than the cancellation of the festival.
3. Ticket are not re-sellable and must not be sold or offered, exposed or made available for sale, or otherwise disposed of. We reserve the right to cancel without refund any Tickets issued to a Ticket Holder whom we believe plans to offer a Ticket for resale otherwise than in accordance with these Conditions.
4. The festival and promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets. You are responsible for your wristband once you exchange your ticket for it. Damaged or tampered wristbands will be refused entry into the festival.
5. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotions (commercial or non-commercial) without the prior written consent of All Together Now or POD Festivals LTD.
6. Family tickets permit 1 adult and up to 2 children access to the festival per ticket. If you wish to camp in the family campsite, you must purchase a family ticket. You will only receive your family wristbands, if you are accompanied by your children (under the age of 12). You cannot gain access to the family campsite without your children.
7. We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and Venue of the Event or other details governed by any Ticket in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), force majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any Authorised Person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, neither we nor the Official Ticketing Agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

Please note that tickets for any POD Festivals or Concerts may not be used for any competitions without the written consent from POD Festivals Limited. Please be aware that winners of unauthorised competitions can be refused entry to the event. Any ticket transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site. POD Festivals Limited accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for unauthorised competitions including the information published and the prizes issued in respect of any POD Festivals or Concerts.
Any official competitions run by POD Festivals Limited - Winners are randomly chosen from competition entries, the winner will be contacted directly by the festival, no personal information will requested publicly on any form of social media platform. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be: resident in Ireland, comply with the age policy of the festival or concert.

We will receive your personal data when you provide them to us yourself or when you use or purchase one or more of our Services.
We also receive personal data about you from third parties. Third parties who provide us with personal data about you include:
ticket agents such as Ticketmaster and others, who transfer personal data to us when you purchase a ticket from them for one of our events or festivals;
Meta Inc., who, if you have consented, transfer personal data to us when you register for one of our Services using your Facebook account.
Event management services such as Eventree (part of The Ticket Sellers) who transfer personal data to us when you submit an application or a form to us in order to work with us.

All personal data that we obtain about you will be used in accordance with current data protection law and this Privacy Policy. We, or third party data processors acting on our behalf, will process your personal data as follows:

We will collect and aggregate on an anonymous basis information about you, your spending and use of our Services with information about other users of the Services in order to identify trends (“Aggregated Data”). We will share your personal data with associated POD Festival Limited (pod.ie) concerts and festivals including Forbidden Fruit Festival (forbiddenfruit.ie), Metropolis Festival (metropolisfestival.ie), All Together Now (alltogethernow.ie), In The Meadows (pod.ie).
We will share your personal data with the data processors that help us to provide the Services. Any data processors with whom we share your personal data are limited (by law and by contract) in their ability to use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide services for us. We will always ensure that any data processors with whom we share your personal data are subject to privacy and security obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
If you have consented, we will share your personal data with other trusted third parties, for example the artists, promoters or sponsors we work with, so that they can use your personal data for marketing or promotional purposes by sending you information about related products or service that may be of interest to you.

if we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us will be one of the transferred assets;

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will normally retain your personal data for as long as you use our Services and for up to two years after your last use of our Services or your last interaction with us (for example, the last time you opened an electronic communication from us or visited one of our websites).
However, in some circumstances we will retain your personal data for a shorter period, including:
we will retain recorded CCTV footage from our events and festivals for no longer than one month, unless we are required to retain it for longer (for example, if we are investigating an incident, or have been asked to retain specific CCTV footage for a longer period by government or law enforcement officials).

Automated decision-making and profiling
We will combine any personal data about you that we receive from you, from other companies in Our Group, and from third-parties in order to create marketing profiles.
Marketing profiles include personal data such as information about Services you have used or purchased previously, information about when you have visited one of our events or festivals in the past, demographic data and data from your social media profiles.
For example, we may analyse the personal data of people who have purchased tickets for a particular future event that we are promoting or organising and then compare them with other people in our database. If we identify people in our database who have similar personal data to the original purchasers, we may then target marketing about that event to the new people we have identified in our database, for example by sending direct marketing emails. We may conduct the profiling and send the direct marketing emails automatically.
We conduct these automated decision-making and profiling activities for our legitimate interests in providing the Services and ensuring they operate in a commercially suitable way which is tailored to your use and interests.
We will ensure that the automated decision-making and profiling does not produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
