  • Access to the campsite will be open from 4pm Thursday 1st August.

    *No re-entry between the campsite and the carpark after 02:00 each night for wristband holders. Festival last entry is strictly 22:00.

  • You must be aged 21 or over to gain access to All Together Now with the exception of children aged 12 or below who must be accompanied by a paying adult.

    There is a maximum limit of two 12 & under children per adult. Those wishing to stay in designated family camping must have a Family Weekend ticket and be accompanied by their children aged 12 and under. Persons aged 13-20 are not allowed entry to the festival site.

  • Allows access to the general campsites as well as the festival arenas.

    All Together Now General Weekend Camping ticket holders must be aged 21 or over.

    Children aged 12 or below are admitted free accompanied by a paying adult. There is a maximum limit of two 12 & under children per adult (All children must be pre-registered before July 31st.

    Note - General Weekend Camping ticket holders with accompanying children will not have access to the family campsite. You must purchase a family weekend camping ticket to do so.

    Last entry is 10pm each night.

    No re-entry between the campsite and the carpark after 02:00 each night for wristband holders. Festival last entry is strictly 22:00.

  • Allows access for 1 adult & up to 2 children aged 12 and under into the designated Family Campsite, as well as the festival arenas.

    Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have a Family Weekend Camping ticket and must be accompanied by their own children 12 years or younger.

    No single or group of adults without children will be admitted entry. 

    The Family campsites are a restricted space and are reserved solely for families with children. Extended family and relatives with no children must camp in the general campsites.

    The Family car parking pass issued to Family ticketholders is to be displayed in the dashboard of vehicles to allow event staff directing incoming patrons to endeavour to park families as close to the main festival entrance as possible at the time of entrance. Priority is given on a first come first served basis.

    Please note that ID checks will be in place at the festival. If you feel your child looks older than 12 please bring ID to back this up (photocopies will suffice).  Persons aged 13-20 are not permitted access to the festival.

    Last entry is 10pm each night.

  • You must purchase a general weekend camping ticket per person & one general campervan ticket per campervan to gain entry to the campervan site. You must have a campervan to stay in the campervan section.

    Camping is not permitted in the campervan site. You are not permitted to erect a tent in this section.

    As part of our event licence all cars will need to be removed from the campervan field. If you are bringing a caravan you must move your car to the carpark once you have set up your caravan. This is a matter of public safety. Thanks for your cooperation.

  • You must purchase a family weekend camping ticket per adult & one family campervan ticket per campervan. You must have a campervan to stay in the campervan section.

    Regular camping is not permitted on the campervan site. You are not permitted to erect a tent in this section.

    As part of our event licence all cars will need to be removed from the campervan field. If you are bringing a caravan you must move your car to the carpark once you have set up your caravan. This is a matter of public safety. Thanks for your cooperation.

  • If you have not purchased your ticket from an official Ticketmaster outlet, it may be a forgery. Tickets can be checked in advance of the festival at any Ticketmaster outlet nationwide.

    Please note on festival show days stringent security checks will be carried out on every ticket and anyone found in possession of counterfeit tickets will not be admitted and may be prosecuted.

  • For any ticket queries please contact Ticketmaster directly via the ‘Help Chat’ tab on www.ticketmaster.ie and they will be happy to advise you. 

  • Everyone wishing to attend All Together Now Festival needs to purchase a general weekend camping ticket.

    Once you have purchased your weekend camping ticket, you will then need to apply for access/mobility impaired campsite and facilities on site.

    A person who requires an assistant will be required to apply for a PA via the application process.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?

    • Yes, each person on a weekend camping ticket is allowed to bring one of the following:

      24 cans OR 1 litre of Spirits OR 1.5 litre of Wine for personal consumption subject to initial entry only.

      No glass bottles are allowed. Please decant your alcohol into non-glass bottle. We recommend using reusable bottles. Please drink responsibly.

    • Alcohol can be brought onto the site at the time of first entry only. There is no re-entry with alcohol once wristbanded.

    Can I bring glass?

    • For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring glass bottles into either the campsite or festival arena. If the alcohol within your limit comes in a glass container, it must be decanted into a non-glass bottle or container. We recommend using reusable bottles/containers. Any glass items, except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave, will not be permitted into the campsite or festival arena.

    Can I bring soft drinks?

    • Yes, you are permitted to bring soft drinks to the site provided they are sealed and not in glass containers.

      We will have canned soft drinks and canned water for sale throughout the site. We will also have free water refilling stations & highly encourage you to bring along a reusable water bottle.

    Should I bring my own reusable bottle and coffee cup to the festival?

    • Yes. We highly encourage bringing a reusable water bottle and coffee cup to the festival. We will have free water refilling stations across the site, and Coffee/Tea vendors will accept your reusable coffee cup.

  • Can I bring food?

    • Yes, provided that it is pre-packaged/precooked. Please note that you are NOT permitted to cook onsite or bring any BBQ or Gas cookers. We will have a wide and varied selection of food stalls to cater for your every need and a supermarket will be located in the campsite.

    What food will be available?

    • A full list of our food traders will be available soon.

    Will there be coeliac-friendly food available?

    • Our traders cater for many health and dietary requirements. Please ask them and they’ll do their best to assist your needs

  • The festival’s bars and traders will be cashless and accept cards & contactless payments only.

  • Once you have entered the gates of Curraghmore Estate, please remain in your vehicle and follow directions from event staff to available car-parking spaces, please make sure to follow directional signage for any specific parking such as Boutique Car Park which is available only to those who are booked to camp with Podpads, Silk Road, & Yippee Village.

    PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to sleep in your car/vehicle. If you wish to sleep in your campervan, you must have a valid campervan ticket. You must use the assigned car parks. Roadside parking is not permitted. Tow trucks will be utilised to remove any roadside parked vehicles. Car parks will be signposted. We accept no responsibility to any damage caused to your car.

  • There will be phone charging facilities on site. Please ensure your phones are fully charged before going the festival.

  • Toilets will be located throughout the campsites and the festival arenas.

    Showers will be located in the campsites, and will be open at the following times:

    General Campsite - 7AM to 2PM and 4PM to 7PM

    Boutique Campsite - 24hrs

    Family Campsite – 24hrs

    Accessible Campsite - 24hrs

  • Animals or pets are not allowed on the festival site at any time, with the exception of guide dogs.

  • Please be aware that lasers and strobe lights are in use at this festival

  • The safety and well-being of our attendees is at the forefront of our priorities. Stringent searches will be conducted upon entry to the festival. Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Garda as a result.

    Illicit and illegal items include:

    • Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares and high power torches are not allowed.

    • Alcohol (over and above your personal allowance)

    • Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed.

    • Glass (except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave)

    • Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed.

    • Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon is not allowed.

    • Gas Cylinders are not permitted anywhere in the campsites including campervans.

    • Petrol Generators or Liquefied Petroleum Gas is not allowed.

    • BBQ's are not allowed.

    • Gazebos are not allowed.

    • Flag Poles are not allowed.

    • Garden Furniture in any form is not allowed.

    • Laser Pens are not allowed.

    • Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)

    • Selfie Sticks are not allowed.

    • Drones are not allowed.

    • Umbrellas are not allowed.

    • Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.

    • Megaphones/air horns are not allowed.

    • High Vis Clothing is not allowed.

    • Items for trading are not allowed.

    • Bicycles are not permitted in the campsite including campervans

    • Candles or campfires are not allowed

    • Nitrous Oxide and any associated equipment (balloons, Co2 dispensers, cream dispensers etc.) are not allowed

    • Sound systems are not allowed.

  • We would suggest if you don’t need an item, don’t bring it especially any valuables! Remember professional photographic equipment is not permitted at the festival. Items should not be left visible in cars.

    Try not to put your wallet in your back pocket as this can be an easy target for criminals. If you are not using your phone, put it away so that it is not in reach of an opportunistic individual.

    If you do lose your phone, the IMEI number on your phone is unique and can be useful when trying to track your phone. Don’t know what your IMEI is - just type *#06#* into your phone and jot it down somewhere before arriving at the festival.

    If your phone is registered with your operator, they should be able to block your sim if your phone goes missing.

    Don’t carry more cash than you need and it’s best to only bring the bank cards that you will be using. We know it is safer to carry smaller amounts of cash; so we have provided visa contactless facilities at the bars on-site to minimise the amount of cash you need. The event is fully cashless . All bars, concessions and trader will accept contactless payments or chip & PIN payments. Be ready to make any purchases with Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet and contactless cards.

    Please report any crimes as soon as possible to the nearest member of our security teams or a member of the Gardaí on site. Let us know the exact location or nearest landmark and any identifying features you can – clothing etc.

    Any person participating in anti-social behaviour or causing a disruption may be liable for eviction from the festival site with no re-entry. Eviction will be at the discretion of the festival team and Gardaí.

  • Camp fires are not permitted in any area within the festival and campsite.

    Disposable BBQs are not permitted on the campsite

    Please keep the fire lanes clear at all times for emergency vehicle access.

    For your safety please do not smoke within your tent.

    If there is a fire in your tent:

    • Everyone should leave the tent without any delay

    • Do not go back into the tent for any items

    • Please alert the nearest staff member. Firefighting crews are on site.

    • Ensure you know where your nearest emergency exits are.

    • your vehicle registration number (when you access our site or back of house areas in a vehicle);

    • CCTV images when you visit one of our events or festivals;

    • information about electronic communications you receive from us, including whether that communication has been opened and if you have clicked on any links within that communication;

    • answers you provide when you respond to competitions, votes and surveys;

    • your identity, public profile, follows and likes from a social network such as Facebook (this may include your employment or education information if you include it in your public profile);

    • other personal data which you may disclose to us when you use our Services at any time.

    • Photography & Videography when you visit one of our events or festivals;

    Sources of personal data:

    We will receive your personal data when you provide them to us yourself or when you use or purchase one or more of our Services.

    We also receive personal data about you from third parties. Third parties who provide us with personal data about you include:

    • ticket agents such as Ticketmaster and others, who transfer personal data to us when you purchase a ticket from them for one of our events or festivals;

    • Meta Inc., who, if you have consented, transfer personal data to us when you register for one of our Services using your Facebook account.

    • Event management services such as Eventree (part of The Ticket Sellers) who transfer personal data to us when you submit an application or a form to us in order to work with us.

    How we use your personal data

    All personal data that we obtain about you will be used in accordance with current data protection law and this Privacy Policy. We, or third party data processors acting on our behalf, will process your personal data as follows:

    As necessary, to perform a contract with you, such as a contract to process an order from you for one or more of our Services including, where applicable, taking payment and carrying out fulfilment and delivery.

    As necessary, to comply with a legal obligation, for the following purposes:

    • where you exercise your rights under data protection law and make requests; and

    • to comply with any legal obligation, any lawful request from government or law enforcement officials and as may be required to meet national security or law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity.

    As necessary, for our legitimate interests in providing the Services and ensuring they operate safely, securely and in a commercially suitable way which is tailored to your use and interests, for the following purposes:

    • to provide you with the Services;

    • to verify your identity for security purposes;

    • to help us to ensure our customers are genuine and to prevent fraud;

    • to ensure the security of our websites, mobile applications and other technology systems;

    • for the good governance of our business, including keeping financial records, to allow us to pay suppliers and to charge, invoice or refund customers;

    • to help us investigate an incident which may have taken place at one of our events or festivals.

    If you win a competition, we may publicly post some of your data on our website or mobile application (for example acceptance of a prize may also require you (unless prohibited by law) to allow us to post publically some of your personal data such as on a winners page). However, we will not post your data publically without your express consent.

    We will collect and aggregate on an anonymous basis information about you, your spending and use of our Services with information about other users of the Services in order to identify trends (“Aggregated Data”). We may pass Aggregated Data to the third parties referred to in the section below, such as partners, to give them a better understanding of our business and to bring you a better service. Aggregated Data will not contain information from which you may be personally identified.

    Sharing your personal data:

    We will share your personal data with associated POD Festival Limited (pod.ie) concerts and festivals including Forbidden Fruit Festival (forbiddenfruit.ie), Metropolis Festival (metropolisfestival.ie), All Together Now (alltogethernow.ie), Vinyl Festival (vinyl-dublin.com).

    We will share your personal data with the data processors that help us to provide the Services. Any data processors with whom we share your personal data are limited (by law and by contract) in their ability to use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide services for us. We will always ensure that any data processors with whom we share your personal data are subject to privacy and security obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

    If you have consented, we will share your personal data with other trusted third parties, for example the artists, promoters or sponsors we work with, so that they can use your personal data for marketing or promotional purposes by sending you information about related products or service that may be of interest to you.

    We will also disclose your personal data to third parties in the following circumstances:

    • if we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

    • if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us will be one of the transferred assets;

    • if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, any lawful request from government or law enforcement officials and as may be required to meet national security or law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity;

    • in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or any other agreement or to respond to any claims, to protect our rights or the rights of a third party, to protect the safety of any person or to prevent any illegal activity; or

    • to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers or other persons. This may include exchanging personal data with other organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

    Save as expressly detailed above in this section, we will never share, sell or rent any of your personal data to any third party without notifying you and/or obtaining your consent.

    How long do we keep your personal data?

    We will normally retain your personal data for as long as you use our Services and for up to two years after your last use of our Services or your last interaction with us (for example, the last time you opened an electronic communication from us or visited one of our websites).

    However, in some circumstances we will retain your personal data for a shorter period, including:

    • we will retain recorded CCTV footage from our events and festivals for no longer than one month, unless we are required to retain it for longer (for example, if we are investigating an incident, or have been asked to retain specific CCTV footage for a longer period by government or law enforcement officials).

    We will always retain your personal data in accordance with data protection law and never retain your personal data for longer than is necessary.

    Automated decision-making and profiling

    We will combine any personal data about you that we receive from you, from other companies in Our Group, and from third-parties in order to create marketing profiles.

    Marketing profiles include personal data such as information about Services you have used or purchased previously, information about when you have visited one of our events or festivals in the past, demographic data and data from your social media profiles.

    For example, we may analyse the personal data of people who have purchased tickets for a particular future event that we are promoting or organising and then compare them with other people in our database. If we identify people in our database who have similar personal data to the original purchasers, we may then target marketing about that event to the new people we have identified in our database, for example by sending direct marketing emails. We may conduct the profiling and send the direct marketing emails automatically.

    We conduct these automated decision-making and profiling activities for our legitimate interests in providing the Services and ensuring they operate in a commercially suitable way which is tailored to your use and interests.

    We will ensure that the automated decision-making and profiling does not produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

    Your rights:

    You may contact our Data Protection Officer by email at info@pod.ie at any time, to:

    • Your request must include your name, email address and postal address and we may request proof of your identity. Please allow at least seven working days for us to process your request.

      Withdrawing your consent

    • Where we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you may change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time.

    • You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email or by adjusting the push message settings for the mobile application.

    • You can also withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications or any other consent you have previously provided to us by contacting us at info@pod.ie

    The consequence of you withdrawing consent might be that we cannot do certain things for you.

    Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

    You may also make a complaint to a supervisory authority for data protection matters contact - dataprotection.ie If you live in another EEA country, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country. Alternatively you may seek a remedy through local courts if you believe your rights have been breached.

    How do we protect your personal data?

    We use industry standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. We keep your personal data secure by implementing policies, procedures and access controls so that only authorised members of our staff or authorised third parties can access your personal data. We protect our information technology systems with firewalls and anti-virus and anti-malware software and other information security technology solutions. When we transfer your personal data to third parties we use encryption.

    We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data when you transmit it to us. For example, if you email us your personal data, you should be aware that email is not a secure transmission method. As such, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to us and that any such transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

    Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access one of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

    Links to other websites and mobile applications

    We sometimes provide you with links to other websites or mobile applications, but these websites and mobile applications are not under our control. We are only responsible for the privacy practices and security of our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content or security of any linked websites or mobile applications. We recommend that you check the privacy and security policies of each and every website and mobile application that you visit.

    In some instances, a third party may operate or host a competition on our website or mobile application, and collect your personal data. In those cases, where we are not the operator or host of the competition, we have no control over the personal data collected and accordingly urge you to review the third party’s privacy policy before participating.
